Receiving Continuing Education Units and Clock Hours is Easy.
A 25 question (true/false, multiple choice) examination will be enclosed with your purchase.
Make as many copies of the test as needed for each individual needing a Certificate.
Send one completed test (per person) along with $3 per clock hour (per person).

3 Clock Hours = $9
5 Clock Hours = $15
6 Clock Hours = $18
8 Clock Hours = $24
10 Clock Hours = $30
15 Clock Hours = $45
You will receive a Certificate of Completion for Clock Hours and Continuing Education Units and your graded examination back. You also have the option to take your test online. To pass the examination, you must score 75% or better. There is a $3.00 retake fee per person if needed. However, if you have read the course materials and answered all of the questions, you will do well. We look forward to awarding you with your Certificate of Completion.
