&lt;p&gt;I too have made mistakes.&amp;nbsp;Several years ago, I made a really costly one.&amp;nbsp;I wanted to reach parents, to help them with behavior management.&amp;nbsp;I sent out 10,000 invitations to parents to attend a workshop.&amp;nbsp;Three people registered!!!!&amp;nbsp;I was discouraged.&amp;nbsp;Mistakes are discouraging, but I still was encouraged to think, &#8220;Someday I will find a way to reach parents.&#8221;&amp;nbsp;I am still planning and thinking.&amp;nbsp;That is the important thing, not to give up, to keep going, to find the way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
